Excellent piece of running inspiration posted earlier today over at Connecting the dots…. After a long break from running it seems that the parenting part of the family is enjoying the scenery around them while hitting the ground running. Very good and looks like good fun!

Wow. this is HUGE! Very impressed with the surroundings of the Red Square in Moscow. I managed to get out of the office on time, the weather is great, and I’ve just been at the center of Moscow. Good stuff!!
